On August 20 RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan met with the participants of “Baze-2015” pan-armenian annual youth gathering.

The NA Speaker attended one of the sport events of “Baze-2015”, during which the participants demonstrated their sport skills.
Galust Sahakyan, welcoming the participants, has stated that the Armenian summer might be considered “juvenile” due to such programmes, which consolidate the Armenian youth, give them an opportunity for communication with each other and self-expression.
The NA Speaker has noted that he observes “Baze-2015” activity through years and kindly witnesses the sport and cultural events organized by youth, the communications with the guests of the gathering. According to the NA Speaker’s word, it is the youth that should be the bearer of the national ideology, the guard of the national culture and traditions.
At the end of the meeting Galust Sahakyan kindly answered the youngsters’ questions, concerning constitutional reforms, parliamentary activity, and youth involvement in the country’s internal and external life.
