On August 21 the RA National Assembly received the draft constitutional reforms, elaborated by the Specialised Commission on Constitutional Reforms adjunct to the President of the Republic of Armenia .

Vardan Poghosyan, Member of the Specialised Commission on Constitutional Reforms adjunct to the President of the Republic of Armenia , was appointed as the official representative of the RA President at the RA National Assembly on the issues of constitutional reforms.
