On August 25 the RA NA President Galust Sahakyan received Ivan Kukhta, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Armenia, who visited the Parliament on the completion of his diplomatic mission.

Galust Sahakyan, assessing positively Ambassador Kukhta's diplomatic activity in Armenia, expressed gratitude for the intensification of the Armenian-Ukrainian relations and for the effective cooperation.

The NA President highlighted the cooperation between the two parliaments, the fruitful work of the parliamentary friendship groups. Galust Sahakyan expressed hope that Ukraine would be able to solve the problems that it faces, and peace would be reestablished.
The Head of the Parliament wished successes to Ivan Kukhta in his further activity.

The Ukrainian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta extended his gratitude to the Parliament and its head for the cooperation, for always supporting the Embassy's initiatives. Ivan Kukhta mentioned that during his tenure mutual visits, effective communications were in place between the parliaments of the two countries. Referring to the Armenian community in Ukraine , the Ambassador underscored the historical commonalities of the two people and spotlighted the perspectives of the further cooperation.
