On October 9 under the sounds of the RA anthem the work of the plenary sitting of the Youth Parliament (YP) adjunct to the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport began. Before passing to the agenda the swearing-in ceremony of the YP new members was held.
The issue of debating the RA Draft Constitution Amendments was included.
The Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Karen Amiryan, the YP member Gohar Mkoyan, the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Narek Tadevosyan exchanged thoughts on the issue, emphasizing the citizens’ involvement in the process of governing the country.
At the sitting the members of the Youth Parliament made statements.
The Youth Parliament ended its work.
