On June 6, the RA National Assembly began the work of the regular four-day sittings. At the beginning of the sitting the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan has informed that by the decree of the RA President Serzh Sargsyan the RA NA deputy Manvel Badeyan was appointed the RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Kuwait.

The NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan submitted for the deputies’ approval the draft laws on amending the agenda of the session, then also the draft laws of the agendas of the regular four-day sittings, the draft decisions on postponements, after approval of which the parliament implemented one more voting denied the inclusion of the draft law on Amendment to the RA law on Advocacy in the agenda of the NA four-day sittings.

Afterwards the deputies continued debating the issue on Approving the Annual Report for 2014 of the Implementation of the Programme of the State Property Privatization for 2006-2007.

The Head of the NA ANC Faction Levon Zurabyan touched upon the mechanisms directed to the corruption manifestations and the rise of trust towards the state system.

The member of the NA PAP Faction Mikayel Melkumyan highlighted the effective management process of the investments, as well as the privatized facilities.

The Head of the RA State Property Management Department Arman Sahakyan in his final speech touched upon the deputies’ questions and remarks, and gave clarifications.

The Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government Ashot Musayan submitted for debate in the first reading the draft law on Amendment to the RA law on State Registration of the Rights towards Property.

The deputy Vahram Mkrtchyan presented the endorsement of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.

Afterwards the deputies debated the draft law on Amendments to the RA law on the Service in the National Security Bodies, which submitted the Deputy Director of the National Security Service adjunct to the RA Government Arzuman Harutyunyan.

The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs Koryun Nahapetyan presented the endorsement.

The Deputy Minister of the RA Transport and Communication Gagik Tadevosyan submitted for debate the draft law on Amendment to the RA Law on Television and Radio for passing in the second reading and completely.

The RA Deputy Minister of Culture Artur Poghosyan presented the legislative package on Amendments to the RA law on Advertisement, on Amendments to the RA Law on Local Duties and Payments and on Amendment to the RA Law on Road Payment, and it was debated for passing in the second reading and completely.

The Annual Report on the RA State Budget Execution for 2015 was presented for debate of the parliament. The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented the legal bases and requirements of the Annual Report.

The debates of the Annual Report on the State Execution will continue at June sitting of the parliament.
