On December 13, the extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan was held.
The bills Rules of Procedure and on the RA NA Deputy’s Activity Guarantees authored by the NA deputies Vahram Baghdasaryan, Hovhannes Sahakyan and Armen Rustamyan were debated in the second reading procedure, on which the deputies submitted recommendations.
The bills were endorseed by the Committee.
Let us note that the draft law NA Rules of Procedure was added with the enclosed package of the draft laws on Amending the RA law on Public Service, on Amending the Civil Code, on Amending the RA law on State Border, on Amending the RA law on Police, on Amending the RA law on Budgetary System, on Amending the Water Code and on Approving the RA National Assembly Work Procedure.
