On December 15, the RA National Assembly continued he work of the extraordinary session and by voting passed the bills debated on the previous day.

The parliament in the second reading debated the draft law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly authored by the MPs Vahram Baghdasaryan, Hovhannes Sahakyan and Armen Rustamyan.

The key reporter Hovhannes Sahakyan has informed that the draft law was revised and some amendments were made.

Vahram Mkrtchyan presented the endorsement of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and informed that the draft law was debated twice during the parliamentary hearings, about 100 recommendations were received, and the draft law was revised.

In her co-report the RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan presented the endorsement of the RA Government.

During the exchange of thoughts the deputies Gagik Jhangiryan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Koryun Nahapetyan, Mikayel Melkumyan, Levon Martirosyan, the Head of the PAP Faction Naira Zohrabyan submitted their viewpoints and substantiations on the draft law, as well as on non-admissible recommendations.

The parliament in the second reading debated the bills on the RA NA Deputy's Activity Guarantees, on Purchases, on Defining Privileges on Revenues Controlled by the Tax Body with the enclosed package.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Artak Asatryan in the first reading submitted for the deputies' debate the bill on Amending the RA Civil Code authored by the RA Government and the enclosed package of bills.

The RA Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan in the first reading presented the bill on Amending the RA law on State Allowances authored by the RA Government.

The bill on Amending the RA law on State Pensions was debated in the first reading.

Artem Asatryan presented in the first reading the draft law on Protection of the Rights and Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities.

The NA deputies Heghine Bisharyan, Hakob Hakobyan, Vahe Enfiajyan, Mikayel Melkumyan presented their viewpoints on the draft law.

In his final speech Artem Asatryan touched upon the deputies' concerns and recommendations.

The draft law on Amending the RA law on State Property Privatization Programme for 2006-2007, submitted by the Head of the State Property Management Department adjunct to the RA Government Arman Sahakyan, was debated in the first reading.

The loan agreement Development Programme of the Local Economy and Sub-structures signed between the RA and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed on February 23, 2016 submitted by the RA Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Tigran Khachatryan was debated.

The RA Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information technologies Artur Arakelyan submitted for debate in the first reading the legislative package on Amending the RA law on Automobile Transport, on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements and on Amending the RA law on State Duty.

The package of bills on Tariffs of Compensation of the Damage Occurred to the Fauna and Flora as a Consequence of Ecological Infringements submitted by the RA First Deputy Minister of Nature Protection Simon Papyan was debated in the first reading.

The deputies in the second reading debated the bill on Amending the RA law on Public Service, in the second reading and completely the bill on Amending the RA law on Police Service, the legislative packages on Amending the RA Criminal Code and on Amending the RA Criminal Judicial Code, on Amending the RA law on Compulsory Enforcement of Court Decrees, the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Passing to Military Service, on Amending the RA law on Employment and on Amending the RA Criminal-Executive Code, on Amending the RA law on Local Self-Government and on Amending the RA Criminal Procedure Code, on Amending the RA law on Local Duties and Payments and the enclosed legislative packages, in the third reading the legislative packages on Parties, on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements and on Approving the Rescue Service Guidelines and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, on Human Rights Defender and on NGOs.

The National Assembly will continue the work of the extraordinary session on December 16.
