On December 16, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary session and by voting passed the bills and the agreement debated on the previous day.

The RA Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan in the third reading submitted for debate the draft law on Purchases. The RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan submitted for debate the draft law on Amending the RA Civil Code and the enclosed legislative package in the second reading.

The Head of the State Property Management Department adjunct to the RA Government Arman Sahakyan submitted for debate in the second reading and completely the draft law on Amending the RA law on State Property Privatization Programme for 2006-2007.

The Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee adjunct to the RA Government Vakhtang Mirumyan submitted for debate in the third reading the draft law on Defining Privileges on Revenues Controlled by the Tax Body with the enclosed package.

The RA Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan presented for debate the draft law on Amending the Law on State Pensions for passing in the second reading and completely.

The draft law on Amending the RA law on Automobile Transport and the enclosed package was debated in the second reading.

The draft law on the RA NA Deputy's Activity Guarantees authored by the NA deputies Vahram Baghdasaryan, Hovhannes Sahakyan and Armen Rustamyan was debated in the third reading.

The draft law on Amending the RA law on State Allowances was also debated in the third reading.

The Constitutional bill the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly authored by the MPs Vahram Baghdasaryan, Hovhannes Sahakyan and Armen Rustamyan was debated in the third reading and completely.

The speakers informed that the submitted draft laws had undergone editorial amendments.
