On December 23, the Chair of the RF FA State Duma Committee on the CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Links with Compatriots Leonid Kalashnikov and the members of the Committee accompanied by the member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Mher Shahgeldyan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.

On behalf of the RF State Duma, Leonid Kalashnikov and the participants of Yerevan fourth joint sitting laid a wreath at the monument of the Armenian Genocide victims, flowers at the eternal fire and in silence honoured the memory of the holy martyrs.

The guests also had been in the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, got acquainted with the documents proving the Armenian Genocide.

“Today innocent people die, it is necessary to combine all the forces for preventing the all-human new tragedies,” Leonid Kalashnikov said.
