The sitting of the National Assembly of March 23 was not held because of lack of a quorum. At 12:00 appropriate number of deputies was not registered. Under item 5 of Article 44 of the NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies’ registration continued for 3 hours, during which necessary number of deputies was also not registered.

The NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov informed that the sitting was announced not held because of lack of a quorum.
