On September 13, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the regular sittings and by voting passed the legislative initiatives debated in the previous day.

By the proposal of the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan the deputies welcomed the students and lecturers of the Faculty of Philosophy of Yerevan State University.

The debate of the package on notice through internet continued.

Afterwards the legislative package on Amending the RA Law on Public and Personal Notice through Internet, on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, on Amending the RA Law on Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement and on Amending the Administrative Judicial Code, on which Edmon Marukyan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights.

The RA NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan, the NA deputy Rustam Makhmudyan expressed their viewpoints on the package.

Centralisation of licensing authorities will be implemented.

Afterwards the RA Deputy Speaker of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented for debate the draft laws on Amending the RA Law on Licensing and the enclosed legislative package.

Sergey Bagratyan presented for consideration the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.

Armen Yeghiazaryan, Director of National Center for Legislative Regulation at the RA Government Staff presented for debate in the first reading the bill on Amending the RA Law on Real Estate Assessment Activity.

The protection of consumers' rights and legal interests in the mortgage crediting will be set out.

The RA Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan presented for debate in the first reading the draft law on Housing Mortgage Crediting and the enclosed legislative package.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs endorsed the agenda item.

The RA NA deputies Hakob Hakobyan, Naira Zohrabyan, Sergey Bagratyan, Mane Tandilyan, Hermine Naghdalyan the RA NA Deputy Speakers Mikayel Melkumyan and Arpine Hovhannisyan expressed their views on the item under debate.

In his final speech Nerses Yeritsyan answered the deputies' questions and underlined that the recommendations would be debated during the period from the first to the second reading.

Commission on Solving the Disputes of the Member States of the Convention against Discrimination in the Sphere of Education will be Created .

The RA Deputy Minister of Education Vahram Mkrtchyan presented to the parliament the bill on Ratifying the Protocol on Creating a Commission on Reconciliation and Mediation Responsible for the Solution of the Disputes Occurring between the States being for the Convention against Discrimination in the Sphere of Education signed in Paris on 18 December 1962.

The MPs Ruzanna Muradyan and Margarit Yesayan delivered speeches on the issue.

The process of receiving multiplexor license will be clarified.

The RA Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Boris Demirkhanyan presented the RA draft law on Amending the RA Law on Television and Radio.

Arman Saghatelyan noted that this draft law was debated in the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport and endorsed.
