At the extraordinary sitting moderated by Khosrov Harutyunyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated two legislative initiatives which were endorsed and would be debated at December 12 convened and continuing RA NA extraordinary sitting.
The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Davit Ananyan presented for debate in the second reading the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Profit Tax.
The RA draft law on Amending the RA law on Joint Stock Companies, presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Tigran Khachatryan, was also debated in the second reading.
On the same day the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan at its extraordinary sitting debated two legislative initiatives in the second reading which were endorsed by the Committee and would be debated at December 12 convened and continuing RA NA extraordinary sitting.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented the draft law on Amending the RA Civil Code and the Committee member Armenuhi Kyureghyan submitted a recommendation which was accepted by the government.
By the presentation of the RA First Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan the draft law on Amending the RA Budgetary System with the enclosed package was debated.
The debated draft laws and legislative packages were endorsed by the Committee.
