On December 16-17, a seminar on the theme Strategic Communication was organized in Dilijan Resort Hotel of Tavush Marz on the initiative of the International Center for Human Development within the framework of the programme Support to the RA National Assembly the Parliamentary Oversight and to Improve the Cooperation with the Voters, where the RA NA deputies, the experts of the RA NA Factions and Committees and the employees of the RA NA Staff took part.

Within the framework of the seminar a visit to Dilijan Educational Research Center took place, where discussions were held on the structure of the consumer basket, deficit and the Central Bank government models. During the seminar an expert from Great Britain John White gave a lecture and presented the British experience in organizing the communication in the sphere of state administration and in providing transparency of the parliamentary activities. The expert of the International Center for Human Development Ashot Khurshudyan presented the ways of reaching the strategic communication planning, the choice and goals of the communication target. Discussions were also held on the mechanisms of effective organization of interviews, and the publications of the monitored electronic media were analyzed.
