Born on October 4, 1977 in Yerevan.

1999 - 2001- Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1999 - Graduated from the Law Department of the Yerevan State University.

2006 - Studied at the University of Nottingham. Candidate of Law, Associate Professor.

Since 2013 - Head of the Armenian Delegation of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, a member of the Specialty Committee on Constitutional Reforms adjunct to the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2017 - Adviser to the President of the Republic of Armenia.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the RPA national electoral list.
