The RA NA President’s congratulatory address reads:
“Dear teachers, I congratulate you on Teachers’ Day.
As much changes the world, what achievements are recorded, we will always need teachers, because we will always need learning. In our times of discoveries and technologies, conflicts and challenges the teacher is called on not only preserving the firmness of spirit and soberness, but also together with knowledge transfer them to the pupils, helping them to find the right path of life, think independently, make decisions and assume responsibility for those decisions. Hence, the teacher’s work, being a great honour and responsibility, at the same time is an opportunity to get real satisfaction seeing the result of the sown seed.
The qualified and competitive education is the guarantee of human high self-consciousness and welfare, the reliable way of having a strong country and dignified society. You, dear teachers do the basis of all that in our consciousness and in our souls, continuously promoting everybody’s development. You are the builders of our first successes, the supporter of overcoming the first difficulties, the one providing the first knowledge, and whom you remember in your whole life.
Thank you for the time that you disinterestedly devote to the children, for the knowledge that you transfer to the pupil, for the high human qualities that you shape in them, providing the firmness of the country’s basis.
Congratulating you on this holiday, I wish you, dear teachers, health, happiness and welfare.”
