1989 - Graduated from Yerevan State Institute of National Economy. Financier-economist.

1989 - 1990 - Accountant at the “Haybakalea” enterprise.

1990 - 1994 - State tax inspector in the State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Armenia, then state tax inspector at the operative department of the inspectorate.

1994 - 1996 - Director at “Vahuni” Ltd.

1996 - 2000 - Director at “Royal Crystal” Ltd.

2000 - 2001 - Chief tax inspector for the analysis and planning division of income tax of the Ministry of State Incomes of the Republic of Armenia. 2002 - Director in the “Arshakuni” branch of “Yerevan Electricity system” CJSC.

2002 - 2003 - Director at “Echmiadzin realization-operation” branch.

2003 - 2004 - Deputy director at “Center - Planting of Greenery” CJSC.

2007 - 2012 - Deputy of the National Assembly (electoral district # 9.) Member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs of the National Assembly.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district # 9.
