Born on October 22, 1964 in Yerevan.

1986 - Graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science of the Yerevan Karl Marx Polytechnic Institute (The State Engineering University of Armenia).

1991 - Post Graduate of the same institute. System Engineering Engineer. Journalist. Candidate of Philology.

1986 - 1992 - Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.

1992 - 1993 - Chief Editor of the “Hanrapetakan” newspaper.

1993 - 1999 - Chief Editor of the “Iravunk” newspaper.

2003 - 2012 - General Director of the LLC “Publishing House “Zaruhi.”

2010 - Full member of the European Academy of Sciences (Germany).

2014 - Author of the book “Armenia should be in Vanguard in the Eurasian Integration Projects.” Author of numerous scientific publications.

2003 - Awarded with the CIS Inter - Parliamentary Assembly Commemorative Medal.

2004 - Awarded Medal of the “White Cross” of the European Academy of Natural Sciences.

2009 - Awarded Medal of the “Badge of Honour.”

2011 - Awarded Medal of the “Otto von Bismarck.”

2014 - Awarded of the “Movses Khorenatsi” and the “Schiller” Medals.

2014 - Awarded the Medal of Honour of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

2014 - Awarded the Gold Medal of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia.

2015 - Awarded the “N V Gogol” Gold Medal. (Association of International Union of Writers, Moscow).

2014 - Awarded the Letter of Thanks of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Armenia.
