Born on September 23, 1964 in the village of Damala in Aspindza region of the Republic of Georgia.

1985 -1987 - Served in the Soviet Army.

1981 - Entered the K. Marx Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.

1990 - Graduated from the faculty of Industrial and Civil Construction of Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction. Industrial and Civil Constructor.

1988 - 1989 - Deputy Head of the Construction Department of “ArmeniaKalugashin” in Kaluga in the Russian Federation.

1991 - 2003 - Head of the Construction Department of “ArmeniaKalugashin” in Kaluga in the Russian Federation.

2008 - The first Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of the Wrestling Federation of the Republic of Armenia.

2012 - Co-chair of the  “Union of Georgian Armenians” NGO.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia.

Married, with three children.
