Born on June 10, 1974 in Yerevan.

999 - 2001 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1997 - Graduated from the General Medical faculty of Yerevan State M. Heratzi Medical University.

1999 - Residency training at the same University. Psychiatrist.

2002 - 2007 - Aid to the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2009 - 2012 - Project Director of the “Gagik Tsarukyan” Charitable Foundation.

2002 - Founder and President of the NGO “Social Dialogue and Development Center.” Headed the regional projects of “Distinct Steps to Regional Security Path” and “New Neighbours.”

2007 - 2008 - Deputy of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, PA.) Member of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly, member of the Armenian delegation of PACE. Member of the “Prosperous Armenia” faction. Non partisan.

2008 -  Refused the parliamentary mandate.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

Author of numerous academic and journalistic articles and 2 collections of books.

Married, with two children.
