Born on October 26, 1960 in the village of Ekhaila in Akhalkalaki region of the Republic of Georgia.
1981 - Graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of Yerevan State University.
1986 - Postgraduate at ASSR NAS Calculating Center.
1981 - 1983 - Engineer Programmer in the Yerevan Scientific Research Institute of Mathematical Machines.
1987 - 1992 - Junior Research Assistant at the ASSR NAS Calculating Center.
1992 - 1994 - Head of the Division of the Local Government Administration in the Staff to the President of the Republic of Armenia.
1994 - 2000 - First Deputy Head of the State Department of Special Programs of the Republic of Armenia.
2000 - 2008 - Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia on regional issues and neighboring Diaspora.
2000 - 2002 - Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, appointed as acting official to the Head of the Regional Integration Department of the Republic of Armenia.
May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.
Author of three scientific articles.
