Born on May 26, 1966 in Yerevan.

1984 -1986 - Served in the Soviet Army.

1991 - Graduated from the Moscow All-Union Institute of Law. Lawyer.

1986 - 1994 - Fitter at Yerevan Plant of Precision Instruments. Participated in the liberation struggle in Artsakh.

1994 - 1997 - Worked at the special battalion of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Chief of the service.

1997 - 2000 - Deputy Regiment Commander at the Defense Ministry.

Since 2000 - Founder-President of the company “Vasanavi.”

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

Married, with two children.
