1982 - Graduated from the Yerevan College of computers. Technician, Mathematician-programmer.

2016 - Graduated from the faculty of Informatics and Computer Science (programming) of the Northern University.

1977 -1979 - Laboratory assistant at the K. Marx Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.

1984 - 1985 - Technician at SIU Computing Center of the Ministry of Local Industry of the USSR.

1985 - 1995 - Engineer at the system of the Ministry of Health (Program of the Chair of the ear-nose-throat of the M. Heratsi Medical University).

1997 - 1999 - Accountant at “Arabkir” CJSC.

Since 2003 - Member of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party. Since 2004 - Chairman.

Since 2014 - Chairman of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party.

2009 - Elected member of the Yerevan municipal council on the proportional system from the “Armenian National Congress” alliance of parties.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Armenian National Congress” alliance of parties.

Married, with two children.
