Born on September 20, 1969 in the village of Bjni in Kotayk province.

1987-1989 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1995 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University. Lawyer, Lieutenant-Colonel of Justice.

1992-1999 - Judicial inspector, then head of the office of the Hrazdan district people's court.

1999 - 2005 - Head of the Kotayk province subdivision of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

2007- 2008 - Head of the Legal Department, then Deputy Head of the 3rd Department of the Control Chamber of the Republic of Armenia.

2008 - 2010 - Head of the 8th Department of the Control Chamber of the Republic of Armenia.

2010 - 2012 - Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

2012 - 2017 - Engaged in business.

2017- 2018 - Head of the internal audit service of the “Multi Group” conglomerate.

May 2018 - October 2018 - Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

2009 - Awarded the Letter of Thanks of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

Married, with two children.
