Born on November 29, 1955 in Yerevan.

1982 - Graduated from the Armenian Agricultural Institute. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

1973 -1974 - and 1974 -1975 -Turner at the Yerevan “Rele” factory.

1974 - Watchman at Food Office of the Abovyan District Cooperative.

1975 - 1978 - Electrician of the Yerevan Mechanical factory.

1979 - 1981 - Economist-norm setter at the Abovian factory “Sirius.”

1981-1983 - Instructor of the Organizational Department of the Executive Committee of the Abovyan District Council.

1983 -1991- Director of the state farm Arinj.

1991-1995 - First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kotayk District Council.

1996 - Leading Specialist of the Division of Programs and Forecasts of Yerevan Municipality.

1996 -1998 - Director of the enterprise subsidiary #2 “Yerevan Water-Pipe Sewerage.”

Since 2015 - Deputy Chairman of the city council of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #1 of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.
