Born on October 9, 1974 in the village of Bolnisi-Khachen in the Georgian SSR.

Member of the initiative group of the "My Step" movement.

2018 - Elected a member of Yerevan Council of Elders ("My Step" alliance).

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “My Step” alliance of parties.
