Born on January 29, 1975 in Kirovakan (now Vanadzor).

1997 - Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University. Economist-mathematician.

1997 - Post graduate of the Institute of Financial Management of the State Academy of Management (Moscow), and transferred to the Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia (ERI MFE RA).

2000 - Post Graduate of the Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia (ERI MFE RA). Candidate of Economic Sciences.

2005 - Graduated from the Law Faculty of YSU. Jurist.

2004 - Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia (ERI MFE RA), doctoral program, transferred to doctorate program of the M. Kotanyan Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of the Republic of Armenia.

Author of a number of scientific articles.

Married, with three children.
