Born on April 21, 1973 in Hoktemberyan (now Armavir).

1996 - Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction. Architect.

1999 - 2002 - Architect at the “OGA” LLC.

2002 - 2013 - Engineer at the “Nor Akunk” CJSC.

2005 - Founded the LLC “Sketch-Project.”

2013 - 2015 - Architect, Building Constructor at the LLC “Agnor Stroy.”

2016 - 2017 - Technical Controller at the “Parapet LLC.”

September 2018 - January 2019 - Chief Specialist of the Urban Planning Department of the Armavir Regional Administration of the Republic of Armenia.

Member of the Union of the Architects in Armenia.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #6 of the “Bright Armenia” party.

Married, with three children.
