Born on May 15, 1990 in Yerevan.

2011- Graduated from the division “Turkey” of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Yerevan State University.

2013 - Master's Degree of the same Faculty.

2012-2013 - Member of Student Scientific Society of the Faculty of the Oriental Studies and Student Council of the YSU.

2010 - 2017 - Expert on issues related to a number of Armenian newspapers, the Near East, particularly Turkey.

May 11, 2018 - January 14, 2019 - Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia.

2011- Founded “Association of Young Politicians” and was the Vice President of the organization until 2015.

Since 2016 - Founder President of the “Centre for Civic Education and Youth Development.” Founder Member of the “Civil Contract” party.

Since 2016 - Member of the political council.

2019 - President of the Chess Federation of Yerevan.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #1 of the “My Step” alliance of parties.

January 18, 2019 - Chair of the Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
