Born on February 26, 1981 in Yerevan.

Not enlisted by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia for he was the only child of a deceased freedom fighter.

2002 - Graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Applied Mathematics of the Yerevan State University.

2002 - 2004 - Engineer-land tenure regulator at the division of demarcation and differentiation of the  “Haypethoghshinnakhagits” institute.

2005 - 2007 - Engineer for the Construction Division of the “Voluntary Armenia” LLC.

2008 - 2010 - Assistant to the Director of the “Barsis” LLC.

2012 - 2014 - Executive Director of the “Courier.am” of Courier Service.

2014 - 2018 - Founding and Executive Director of the “ArmCourier” of Courier Service.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #4 of the “My Step” alliance of parties.

Married, with a child.
