1985 - Graduated from the Faculty of Computer Engineering of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.  Engineer-system technician. Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Informatics.

1978 - 1989 - Worker, locksmith, shop superintendent, production manager at “Sirius.”

1989 - 1991 - Director of the “Sirius” plant.

1991 -1992 - Director of the “Van” plant.

1992 - 1994 - Head of the Main Department of Economic Relations of the RA Ministry of Industry, Adviser to the Minister.

1995 -1999 - Chairman of “SIL Concern” LLC.

2009 - 2021 - Chairman of the Board of "SIL Concern" LLC.

1999 - 2003 - Member of the National Assembly (electoral district #12). Member of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs of the National Assembly. Not included in factions and deputy groups.

2003 - 2007 - Member of the National Assembly (electoral district #15). Member of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs of the National Assembly. Not included in factions or a deputy group.
