Born June 12, 1971 in Yerevan.

1993 -1994 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1993 - Graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics of the State Engineering University of Armenia with a degree in Management and Automation of Technical Systems. Engineer.

2005 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the St. Petersburg Institute of Foreign Economic Relations, Economics and Law. Lawyer.

1997 - 2000 - Worked at the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.

2002 - 2011 - Chief Specialist of the Financial and Economic Department of the RA General Prosecutor's Office.

2011 - 2016 - Specialist of the monitoring service of the “Center for Public Relations and Information” SNCO of the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2013 - 2016 - Commercial Director of the CJSC “Cronimet Metal Trading CIS.”

2014 - 2016 - Administrative Director of the CJSC “Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine.”

2016 - First Deputy to the General Director of the CJSC “Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine."

2016 - 2018 - Governor of the Syunik province of the Republic of Armenia.

2018 - 2021 - Member of the Council of the CJSC “Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine.”  

Since 2021 - Chairman of the “Reborn Armenia” party.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

Awarded the Vazgen Sargsyan Medal (MD).

Married, with four children.
