Born April 16, 1985 in Yerevan.

2003 - 2005 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. 2016 - Volunteered and went to the frontline in the composition of the “Civil Contract” detachment during the April War.

2011 - Master’s degree in the same department.

2010 - 2014 - System Engineer at the association “National Instruments.”

2014 - 2017 - Regional Manager of the “Alliance” Partners program of the association “National Instruments” (India, Russia and the CIS, Arab countries, Africa).

January-May 2018 - Founder, Executive Director of “Araxis Engineering.”

May-October 2018 - First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia.

2018 - 2019 - Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia.

2019 - Elected Member of the National Assembly at the Yerevan electoral district #2 (Arabkir, Ajapnyak, and Davtashen administrative districts) as a rated candidate by the “Civil Contract party” from the "My Step" alliance.

2019 - 2021 - Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.

2008 - 2012 - One of the founding members of the “HIMA” (now) initiative.

2012 - Chairman of the NGO “HIMA.”

2014 - Member of the coordination group of the movement “Against Mandatory Pension Payment,” “I am Against.”

Since 2015 - Founding Member of the “Civil Contract” party, elected member of the board of the party.

Since 2019 - Elected Member of the Board of the “Civil Contract” party during the party congress.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.

August 4, 2021 - Elected Vice President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

2024 - Present - Head of the Executive Body of the Science and Technology Development Council of the Republic of Armenia adjunct to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

2024 - Present - Lecturer at the Department of Mathematical Modeling in Economics of the Economics and Management Faculty at the Yerevan State University.

2025 - Present- Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Economics and Business of the Russian-Armenian University.

2025 - Present- Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Innovation Foundation.
