Born November 7, 1980 in the village of Katnakhbyur in Aragatsotn province.

2003 - Graduated from the Department of “Labor Economy” of the Faculty of Labor Economics and Sociology of the Yerevan State Economic Institute.

2004 - 2007 - Applicant for the same university.

2004 - 2006 - Economist of the program “State Assistance to Graduates of Children's Welfare Organizations of the Republic of Armenia.”

2006 - 2007 - Expert of the FFT, FFE, SF programs of the UN World Food Program in Lori, Shirak, Tavush, Gegharkunik, Syunik and Vayots Dzor provinces.

2006 - 2008 - Coordinator of the program “State Assistance to Graduates of Children's Guardian Organizations of the Republic of Armenia.”

2010 - 2017 - Director of the LLC “Amintas Group.”

2017- 2018 - Governor (marzpet) of the Aragatsotn province of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2000 - Member of the ARF.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

Married, with two children.
