Born April 19, 1976 in Yerevan.

1999 - Graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of National Economy. Economist.

2002 - Postgraduate Studies at the Yerevan State University of Economics. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor.

2012 - Master’s Degree at the International Scientific and Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. Master of Law.

Since 1999 - Teaching at the Department of International Economic Relations of the Armenian State Economic University.

2003 - 2006 - Assistant to the Adviser (Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Monitoring Committee) to the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2006 - 2018 - Head of the Employment Department of the Labor and Employment Department of the Staff, Head of the Labor and Employment Department, Chief Adviser to the Minister, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

2018 - 2021 - Program Coordinator of the Economic Research Office of the “Hrayr Marukhyan” Foundation.

Since 2006 - Member of the ARF.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

2012 - Awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Issues of the Republic of Armenia.

2014 - Awarded the Commemorative Medal of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.  

Married, with two children.
