Born July 6, 1971 in Yerevan.

1994 - 1995 - ServeD in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1994 - Gaduated from the geographical department of the historical and geographical faculty of ASPU.

 1995 -1999 and 2006-2010 - journalist, executive secretary, editor, editor-in-chief of the “Hayk” newspaper.

1999 - 2006 - head of the international department of the “Haykakan Zhamanak” newspaper. 2011- 2021 - Editor-in-chief of the information site Top-News.am.

2017- 2021 - Founder - Director of Neopress LLC.

The founder is a member of the “Group of Alternative Projects”.
2020 - Founder of the Truth for Generations initiative.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

Awarded with a Badge “1992-1994 Participant of Military Operations.”

Author of a number of scientific articles.

Married, with three children.
