2012 - Graduated from the “Institute for Women's Leadership and Disability (WILD)” of the organization “Mobility International USA” (Oregon, USA).
1999 - 2014 - Editor-in-chief of the children's and youth monthly newspaper “Sunflower”
2007 - 2017 - Supervisor for protecting the interests of persons with disabilities in the NGO “Bridge of Hope.”
2012 - 2018 - Director of the LLC “Zartprint,” supporting the employment of persons with disabilities. Collaborated as an expert on the rights of persons with disabilities with the UN Development Program, the charitable public organization “Armenian Caritas,” the Armenian branch of the Danish humanitarian organization “Mission East,” the Armenian branch of the British organization “Oxfam” and with other organizations.
2018 - 2019 - Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
2019 - 2020 - Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, At the same time, taught at the Faculty of Journalism at Yerevan State University.

2013 - 2017 - Chair of the Association of Legal Entities “National Alliance for the Protection of the Interests of Persons with Disabilities.”
2017- 2018 - Member of the “Way Out” faction of the Municipal Council of Yerevan.
June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.
2016 - Awarded the “Inclusion Promotion ” Award (Universal Rights nomination, organized by the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), the US Embassy (the Embassy of the United States), the EU Delegation (Delegation of the European Union), the British Embassy, the Council of Europe, and the UN (Office of the United Nations).
Author of the poetry collections “Forget-Me-Not” (2014) and “For Today, Tomorrow, and the Days to Come...” (2022), as well as a number of research works.
