Born March 1, 1962 in the city of Luga, RF.

1986 - Graduated from the Kirov State Pedagogical Institute in Pskov. Lecturer in History and Social Science.

2004 - Graduated from the Vanadzor School of Human Rights with the qualification of a specialist in “Law,” in the educational area.  

1979 -1980 - Regulator at the Kapan “Rele” plant.

1986 - 1994 - Lecturer at the Kapan branch of the Moscow University for the Humanities. 1986 -1994, 1995 - 2005 and 2009 - 2021  - Teacher of history, social science and economics of Kapan general school #3.

1994 - 1995 - Kindergarten teacher at nursery #1 in the city of Essentuki, RF.

2006 - 2009 - Lecturer at the Kapan branch of the Yerevan Agricultural University.

Since 2016 -  Member of the “Civil Contract” party.

2018 - Awarded the Badge “Excellence in CIS Education.”

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.
