Born February 20, 1990 in Yerevan.

2010 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of YSU (Yerevan State university).

2012 - Master's degree from the same Faculty. Lawyer.

2016 - Graduated from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. Master of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.

2019 - Graduated from Oxford University. Master of Diplomatic Sciences. Captain in reserve.

2012 - 2015 - Officer of the International Contractual  Legal Support Division of the Defense Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

2015 - 2016 - Expert, on a voluntary basis, at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Armenia to the United Nations (Geneva).

January-June, 2017 - SNCO Legal expert at the “Public Relations and Information Center” of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia, and concurrently taught at the Center for European Studies of YSU.

2017- 2018 - Officer of the Information and Public Relations Department of the  Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

August-November, 2020 - Legal Adviser to the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs.

November 4, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

2012 - Awarded “Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia 20 Years” Jubilee Medal (Ministry of Defense).
