Born December 23, 1976 in Vanadzor.

2002 -  Graduated from the Department of Historical and Legal Studies of the Faculty of History and Geography of the Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute.

2006 - Graduated from the Department of “Social Work” of the Distance Learning Center of the Faculty of Sociology of Yerevan State University. Qualified trainer on legal topics. Participated in the “Katarine” women's political leadership program (2025-2026).

2003 - Human Resources inspector at the Gugark forestry enterprise of “Hayantar” CJSC.

2004 - 2005 - Social worker at the “Mission Armenia” charitable NGO.

2005 - 2009 -  Responsible person for the social and health care team of the same NGO.

2009 - 2021 - Social worker at the “Orran” charitable NGO.

2017- 2019 - Coordinator and monitoring specialist for the youth and educational programs of the “Children of Armenia Foundation” organization in Lori region.

2021 - 2023 - Head of the Department of social labor and employment programs of the Vanadzor Territorial Centre of the Unified Social Service of the Ministry of Social and Labor Affairs.

November 2021- December 2023 - Acting Director of the Center.

2023 - 2026 - Director.

2022 - 2025 -  Lecturer at the Vanadzor branch of the National Agrarian University of Armenia.

Member of the Standing Committee on Issues of Persons with Disabilities, Coordination of Foster Families, and Gender Issues adjunct to the Staff of the Governor of Lori, and a member of the Committee on Guardianship and Trusteeship of the Vanadzor Enlarged Community.

Since 2021 - Member of the “Civil Contract” party.

April 2, 2026 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.

Awarded Letters of Thanks from the Lori Governor (2013, 2022, 2023) and the Mayor of Vanadzor (2017, 2023).

Married with two children.
