Born on December 24, 1978 in Yerevan.

1992 - Graduated from the Business School in Yerevan,  2003 - graduated from the Economics faculty of the "Haybusak" University, 2005 graduated from the Master's Degree of the Economics faculty of the Institute of Economics of NAS of the Republic of Armenia; 2010 - Post Graduate of the NAS Institute of Economics named after  Kotanyan of the Republic of Armenia. Economist, Candidate of economical sciences, Docent.

1996 - 1998 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1999 - 2005 - Head of the Student Parliament of the Yerevan "Haybusak" University, 2001 - 2004 Manager of Education International Academy Yerevan "Haybusak" University, 2001 - EIA YHU Scientific Council member, 2004 - Vice-Rector, 2003 - 2006 - Secretary General of the Council of Youth Affairs, adjunct to the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, 2004 - NGO Head - "Pan Armenian Youth Association;" (since 2011 - honourable chairman) 2005 - Member of EIA Directors' Council, since 2007 - NGO  Head of Graduates’ Union of Educational International Academy.

2009 - Member of the Presidency of Basketball Federation of the Republic of Armenia, Member of Founder-Presidency of the "Hatis-Yerevan" club, Member of the Presidency of Table Tennis of the Republic of Armenia.

2007-2009 - Consultant of the Minister of Sport and Youth Affair of the Republic of Armenia,

Since 2006 - Member of the Political Council of "Prosperous Armenia" Party, Head of Youth Unity of PAP, 2009 - Member of the PAP presidency.

On December 2, 2009 - Elected as Member of Parliament through the proportional electoral system from "Prosperous Armenia" Party.

Participated in three dozen international and pan-Armenian seminars, training courses and assemblages in Moscow, Belgium, Strasbourg and in London.

He is the author of more than two dozen programs and scientific articles.

He was awarded with a number of medals and diplomas.

He is married and has two children.
