Born on June 5,1974 in Artik town in Shirak province.

1995 - He graduated from the “Hrachya Acharyan” University, 2003 - Yerevan Agricultural Academy.

1991- 1993 - He worked as Quality Inspector (controller) in “Artiktuf” Unity.

1993 - 1994 - He served in the Armenian Army.

1994 - 2007 - He served as RCS chief inspector  in the Inner Afairs Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Artik, a senior lieutenant of police. 2007 - 2011 - He worked as Chief Engineer, Deputy Director of CJSC “Artiktuf.” 2007 - He founded the LLC “Mush Kol.”

November 3, 2011 - He was elected as MP through proportional electoral system from “Prosperous Armenia” party.  Since 2008 - He is a member of Political Council of the “Prosperous Armenia” party. 

He is married with two children.
