Born on December 6, 1974 in Yerevan.

1999 - Graduated from the General Medicine Faculty of Yerevan State Medical University YSMU.

2001 - Graduated from the Residency Training of Forensic Medicine of YSMU.

2001 - 2004 - Postgraduate at YSMU.

2003 - 2004 - Postgraduate in A. Humboldt University. He is a forensic doctor, candidate of medical sciences, docent.

2002 - 2004 - Senior Laboratory Assistant at Chair of Forensic Medicine of YSMU.

2004 - 2006 - Assistant.

Since 2006 - Docent.

2005 - 2007 - Aide to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

2003 - 2005 - Chair of the YSMU Student Parliament.

2006 - Chair of the RPA Youth Organization.

2010 - Coordinator of the Armenian youth Foundation.

2011 - Member of the RPA Executive Body.

2007 - 2012 - Deputy of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, RPA.)

June 19, 2007 - May 31, 2012 - Member of the Standing Committee on Health Care, Maternity and Childhood of the National Assembly.

2009 - 2012 - Head of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Armenian Delegation. Member of RPA faction. Member of the RPA Council.

2001 and 2006 - Awarded Golden Medal, dedicated to 70 and 75 anniversary of YSMU.

2006 - Awarded the Medal of Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

May 6, 2012 - Elected as Deputy by the proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia.
