Born on June 22, 1967 in the village of Achajur (Tavush province.)

1991 - Graduated from the faculty of Mathematics of the Yerevan State University. Mathematician, teacher. Candidate of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics.

1991 - 2003 - Lecturer at  Ijevan branch of the Yerevan State University and at the Yerevan State University.

2003 - 2010 - Chairman of the Council of Directors of  “Artiktuf ” LLC.

2002 - 2010 - Deputy Head of the Department of the ANM Party.

2011 - Founding Head of the  “Free Democrats” party.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by proportional electoral system from the “Heritage.”

Mr. Kokobelyan is married with two children.
