Born on March 15, 1978 in Yerevan.

1996 - 1998 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

2009 - Graduated from the Economics and Management Department of the Yerevan Northern University.

2011 - Master’s Degree of the Management Department of the European Regional Educational Academy of Armenia.

Since - 2011 - Post Graduate of the Economics and Management Department of the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.

Participated in a number of training courses:  “Eurasia” fund - “Taxation Area in the Republic of Armenia” (2003,) “Money Collecting” (2003,) “Custom’s Area in the Republic of Armenia” (2004.)

1999 - 2003 - Head of “Dprutyun” car driving school.

2003 - 2005 - Head of the Discipline Department of the European Regional Educational Academy of Armenia.

2005 - 2009 - Head of the Publishing Service of the Union of Lawyers and Politicians.

2011 - 2013 - Commercial Manager of “Hayasi Group” Association.

Since 2002 - RLP Member.

2005 -  Member of RLP Administration.

2008 - Member of RLP City Council.

November 28, 2013 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional system from the "Rule of Law" party.

Married, with two children.
