Born on August 3, 1966 in Yerevan.

1990 - Graduated from the Industrial Planning Department of the Yerevan Institute of National Economy. Economist. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

1984 -1985 and 1987 - 1990 - Worker at the experimental plant “Building Materials.”

1990 - 1994 - Tax Inspector of the State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Armenia.

1996 - Elected Chairman of the Board of Yerevan OJSC “Narek.”

Until 2000 - Executive director of the company.

2000 - 2005 - Deputy Head of the State Procurement Agency AG (Adjunct to the Government) of the Republic of Armenia.

2005 - 2010 - Head of the State Non-trade Organization (SNTO), “Agency for Public Procurement.”

2010 - 2012 - Head of SNCO “Center for Support to Procurement.”

2014 - Deputy Minister of Urban Development of the Republic of Armenia.

2016 - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Development adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2000 - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #4 of the RPA.

Married, with three children.
