Born on August 10, 1979 in the village of Vardenik in Martuni region (now Gegharkunik province). 2001 - Graduated from the Theological Faculty of Yerevan State University.

2003 - Master's Degree of the History Faculty of the Yerevan State University. Master of History.

2006 - Postgraduate at the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.

2009 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of “Haybusak” University.

2009 - 2013 - Leading specialist, chief specialist, then head of the department of international relations of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

2010 - 2013 - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

2013 - 2017 - Deputy Director of LLC “Zorakhach.”

Since 2006 - Member of the Political Council of the “Prosperous Armenia” Party. Chairman of the Territorial Council of Malatia-Sebastia.

On May 30, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #2 of the RPA.

Participated in international seminars, scientific symposiums, and scientific expeditions.

Author of numerous programs and scientific articles.

Awarded multiple Diplomas and many Letters of Thanks.

Married, with three children.
