Born April 27, 1985 in Yerevan.

2006 - 2008 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. Officer in reserve.

2006 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Yerevan State University. Political Scientist (bachelor).

2010 - Graduated from the Yerevan University of Management with a degree in Enterprise Economics and Management (Master’s Degree).

2011 - Yerevan School of Political Studies.

2005 - 2006 - Assistant to a Member of the National Assembly.

2009 - 2012 - Expert of the Center for Public Relations and Information of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2012 - 2014 - Adviser to the Director of the Center for Public Relations and Information of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2014 - 2017 - Director of the Information-Analytical Center of the Government Staff of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2016 - Lecturer at the Russian-Armenian University.

2017 - 2020 - Adviser to the President of the Republic of Artsakh.

2018 - 2020 - Lecturer at Artsakh State University and at Artsakh Mesrop Mashtots University.

2020 - 2021 - Head, co-founder of the “Osnovanie” analytical center.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “With honor” alliance of parties.

2012 - Awarded the “Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, 20 years old” Medal (MD).

2016 - Awarded Medal of Honor of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

2020 - Awarded the “Military Service” Medal. (NKR).

Married, with two children.
