Born February 6, 1986 in the village of Nor kyank in Ararat province.

2004 - Called up to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. Demobilized in the same year for health problems.

2009 - Graduated from the Geographical Department of History and Law, Geographical Faculty of the Kh. Abovyan Armenian State Pedagogical University. Historian-geographer.

2011 - MS degree of the Department of Iranistics of the Faculty of Asian Studies of YSU Orientalist (specialist of Iran).

2010 - 2012 - Scientific Researcher of the NAS of the Republic of Armenia.

2010 - 2013 - Lecturer at the European College (branch in Vedi).

November-December, 2016 - Deputy Head of the municipality Nor kyank (New Life).

2017- 2018 - Director, Coordinator of the Yerevan branch TV company “Lalsh”, author and presenter of the analytical transmission of “Crossroads of Opinions” and “From Village to Village” programs.

2018 - 2019 - Editor-translator for the Public Radio of Armenia.

2007 - Co-founder of the Armenian-Yezidi Youth movement “Shams.”

2014 - Chairman of the Armenian-Yezidi Youth movement “Shams.”

2014 - Organized the process of providing humanitarian assistance to the Yezidis of Shangala.

2019 - 2021 - Member of the National Assembly (national electoral list of the “My Step” alliance of parties). Member of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly. Member of the “My Step” faction.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.
