Born July 21, 1975 in Ijevan.

1994 - 1996 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1998 - Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Ijevan branch of Yerevan State University (YSU). Economist.

2001 - 2002 - Assistant to work superintendent in a construction organization.

2002 - 2003 - Assistant to the Director General of the Ijevan Road Construction Administration.

2003 - 2006 - Deputy Director Executive of the Ijevan road-building Department.

2006 - 2015 - First Deputy Director General of the Ijevan Road-Building Department.

June 1, 2018 - January 14, 2019 - Governor of Tavush province of the Republic of Armenia.

2005, 2008, 2011 and 2015 - Elected member of the Ijevan Municipal Council.

2019 - 2021- Member of the National Assembly (territorial electoral list of the electoral district #13 of the “My Step” alliance of parties).

February 6, 2019 - December 10, 2020 - Member of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment of the National Assembly. Member of the “My Step” faction.

December 10, 2020 - August 2, 2021 - Chairman of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment of the National Assembly. Member of the “My Step” faction.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.

Married, with three children.
