Born August 5, 1979 in Yerevan.

2000 - 2002 -  Served in the  Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

2000 - Graduated from the Faculty of Medical Cybernetics of State Engineering University of Armenia.

2006 - Department of the Yerevan branch of the Ternopil State People's Academy “Computer Networks and Information Protection” with the qualification of a computer engineer.

2011 - Participated in the “CCNA Network Fundamentals” training courses of the Cisco International Academy and received the Cisco CCNA qualification.

2005 - 2010 - Network Administrator on duty at “South Caucasian Railway” CJSC, then as a leading specialist in communication, automation and telemechanics service.

2005 - 2018 - Head of the computer hall of the School of Fine Arts of the “Mkhitar Sebasatsi” educational complex, then head of the IT infrastructure.

2017- 2018 - Simultaneously worked at “Mer Tparan” LLC.

2018 - 2019 - Advisor to the Governor of Ararat, then the deputy Governor of Ararat.

2019 - 2023 - Head of the Department for Automatic Management and Information Systems of the Republic of Armenia of the National Assembly.

Since 2013 - Founding Member of the “Civil Contract” political association.

Since 2015 - Founding Member of the “Civil Contract” party.

November 13, 2023 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Agreement” party.

Married, with two children.
